First time ordering from carbones and went for the sheet pizza with garlic crust and blue cheese for the side, my girl is a picky eater and she loved it just as much as i did we will be ordering more in the future!
I became fan of Carbone's when I was introduced to this place a couple of months ago. Have now been there three times. Have driven in from Orchard Park for the pizza! 1. The pizza is pure Buffalo-style. 2. You have a choice of sauces. Their original, which is a traditional sauce, and not particularly sweet. They also have their award-winning sweet sauce. It’s actually sweeter than most sweet sauces that are served on buffalo pizza, so only get it if you really like a sweet sauce. I personally like it. Although, if it was dialed back just a little bit, it would be perfect. I wonder if they would mix it with their original if you wanted them to. Going to ask them if they could to get it somewhere in the middle. Either way, I love both of their sauces. 3. The employees I’ve worked with are extremely friendly. Even the guy who makes the pizzas when I’ve been there has come up and said hello when dropping the pizza up front. 4. Pizza has become more expensive everywhere, but compared to other places, it is more reasonably priced at Carbone’s. 5. It’s great to be able to eat the pizza there if you want. The seating area is clean and has a couple of TVs. 6. Seems to do a great takeout business. Great to support a local business. Happy to support Carbone's.
First timers from Canada Stopped here to pick up a pizza and wings for my fiance in Niagara Falls Canada :) arrived at the hotel 45 minutes and it was still hot. And man those wings were yummy. Your Blue Cheese is totally different than what we get in Canada and I didn’t mind it We will for sure be back when going to Buffalo
Awesome pizza! I placed a large order on-line and couldn't have been more pleased! So many options for the pizza - everything is customizable-from the crust to how to cut it. So many wing choices as well!! The entire order was ready on-time , hot and delicious. Very pleased, thank you!!

I REFUSE to order from anywhere else. I've been ordering from this delicious place for years. I do have one complaint/concern though...the manager still owes me from a while ago. He said to remind him and i did once when i came in to pick up but he mightve forgot. I mentioned it to him but he was busy and i didn't feel comfortable bugging the *** out of him. He still owes me my pizza with EXTRA, EXTRA EXTRA SAUCE!
This was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time! Any time I'm in buffalo from now on I will def make sure to stop and grab a pie. Yum yum yum!!!
Carbone’s pizza is great, fast and good service. You can tell that a lot of people come back regularly and know the staff. Pizza by the slice even has an option of sweet or savory sauce! There’s a lot of seating inside and parking lot outside, plus it’s in front of a bike lane. Pizza has cup and char done to perfection, great crust and thicker cheese. Less doughy than Imperial. Sweet sauce was great, I haven’t had that in ages
